Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident when investing in Spiffy Consultant Group programs. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for SPIFFY Framework Academy and the CFO Scaling Program.

SPIFFY Framework Academy ($599)

Academy purchases are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided that:

• You have completed less than 25% of the course content.
• You have not downloaded bulk materials for redistribution.
• You submit a refund request in writing to support@scgacademy.org.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, Academy purchases are generally non-refundable because digital access is delivered immediately.

CFO Scaling Program ($14,999)

The CFO Scaling Program is a high-touch consulting engagement. Refund eligibility depends on program stage:

• Before onboarding call: full refund minus a $500 administrative fee if requested within 7 days of payment.
• After onboarding begins: refunds are prorated based on deliverables already provided and consulting hours consumed.
• After Month 2: no refunds except where required by law or covered under our Performance Guarantee.

Payment plans, if offered, follow the same policy. Missed installment payments may result in paused access until the account is current.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party fees or taxes charged by payment processors.
• Services already rendered under a signed consulting agreement.
• Accounts terminated for terms violations or fraudulent chargebacks.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting support may result in immediate account suspension and denial of future program access.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@scgacademy.org with your full name, account email, order date, and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
