Our Promise

The CFO Scaling Program is designed to deliver measurable improvements in gross profit and operational performance. We stand behind our methodology with a performance guarantee for qualifying clients who fully participate in the program.

Guaranteed Outcome

For eligible participants, we guarantee a minimum 10–25% increase in gross profit within the program timeframe (typically 6–8 months), measured against your verified baseline at enrollment.

If we do not achieve the agreed minimum threshold despite your full compliance with the program requirements below, you may be eligible for a refund or continued support at no additional consulting fee, as determined in your program agreement.

Client Requirements

The guarantee applies only when you:

• Attend scheduled strategy and implementation calls.
• Provide accurate financial and operational data when requested.
• Implement recommended systems, pricing, and SOP changes within agreed timelines.
• Assign a dedicated internal point of contact for your team.
• Complete assigned action items before the next program milestone.
• Maintain good-faith communication with your Spiffy consultant.

How Profit Is Measured

Gross profit is calculated using your documented revenue and direct cost of goods sold (COGS) or direct labor/materials for service businesses, consistent with your baseline reporting method. Both baseline and final measurements must be supported by P&L statements or equivalent financial records reviewed at enrollment and program completion.

Exclusions

• Market disruptions, force majeure, or regulatory changes outside reasonable control.
• Voluntary business model changes not approved with your consultant.
• Failure to implement core recommendations after two documented reminders.
• Revenue declines caused by intentional capacity reduction requested by the owner.

Claim Process

To initiate a guarantee review, contact your program consultant or email support@scgacademy.org within 30 days of your program end date with your final P&L documentation. We will schedule a review call and provide a written determination within 14 business days.
